It is Semana’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you on our website https://www.semana.io (“Site”).
This data protection policy sets out the collection and use of your personal data by Semana and describes the rights you can exercise in relation to this data.
The company responsible for processing personal data relating to the management of the Site is SEMANA SAS, with a share capital of 3,665.49 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 887874469 and whose registered office is located at 44 Rue Ramey, 75018 Paris.
A. Management of the Site
When you browse our Site, you may be asked to: (i) chat with a Semana employee via the chat tool; (ii) make a contact request via the “Request a Demo” form or the “Become a Partner” form.
In the context of these activities, and on the basis of the consent you give by accepting the online chat or by submitting a contact request, we process and store the following personal data: to respond to your contact request: the information provided on the form, i.e. your surname, first name, e-mail address and, if applicable, your telephone number. This data is processed by the department concerned. Your data is kept for as long as the contact remains active. If the contact becomes inactive, the data will be deleted within 36 months. In the context of the chat tool, the history of the conversation as well as the technical data related to the session are kept for 6 months.
B. Promotion
We process personal data and business contact details of prospects and clients for the purpose of promoting our services. This processing is based on our legitimate interests (commercial prospecting), namely the promotion of our activities to professionals likely to be interested in our services. You may object to receiving our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by notifying us of your objection by the contact methods identified in section 4 (“Your rights”). Subject to a request to unsubscribe, this data is kept by our sales department for 36 months from the last contact with a prospect or the end of a commercial relationship with a customer.
C. Security and confidentiality
We implement appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
D. Cookie management
Our Site uses cookies. A cookie is a file that records information about your browsing on the Site to make the user experience more efficient. Cookies allow us to personalise content, provide social media features and analyse traffic on the Site.
